Inserm Transfert (IT) is dedicated to technology transfer, from invention disclosure to industrial partnerships and includes a large team (24 persons) dedicated to the management of collaborative projects in the field of life sciences and health. The collaborative research funding department of IT has more than 20 years of experience in such activity and is certified ISO 9001:v2015. Inserm Transfert is part of the 4.UNCAN.eu Project Management Team and will make sure the project runs smoothly and reaches its objectives.
Biographies of team members

Noëlie Colinet
Project manager at Inserm Transfert, I have a double master’s degree in European and international project management and in public health policy and action management. I first worked as a European project manager at the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES), before joining a start-up specializing in medical devices for the elderly, as a product and development manager. I joined INSERM Transfert in 2021.

Delphine Smagghe
Delphine is part of the Project Management Team of 4.UNCAN.eu. She joined Inserm Transfert in 2006 and is the Deputy director of the Collaborative Research Funding department.
She has a strong track record in installing and managing international research projects within the last 18 years (6th and 7th EU framework programme, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Investissements d’avenir). Delphine is also managing a team of 5 persons with a portfolio of 8 H2020 collaborative projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Agro-business Innovation Management a Master’s degree in chemical formulation.
